Obtain US Work Visa Permits Permitting Interstate Transport in the United States by Canadian Truck Drivers and Owner Operators.

Around 20 years ago, after many years of negotiation between the American and Canadian trucking industry associations, a bilateral agreement permitting truck drivers and owner operators from each country to interstate were now authorized. We were asked to intervene and we told the associations that their problem was immigration to interstate in each other’s country. To interstate the drivers and owner operators needed to have US work permits. We had a solution. But back then there wasn’t a shortage of truck drivers.
We decided to re-introduce our concept to assist the Canadian trucking industry obtain US work permits, permitting the truck drivers and owner operators to interstate in the US.

Our example
We introduced the same concept of the US work permit in the construction industry that is applicable to the Canadian trucking industry and obtained over 2500 US work permits and around 175 permanent residencies (Green Cards).

There’s is a US work visas program designed for temporary US work visas. It allows US employers to hire foreign workers when there is a shortage of domestic labour for seasonal, peak load or intermittent jobs. The visa is particularly relevant in industries that experience, seasonal fluctuations in demand.
Admissible of the following industries
Hospitality and tourism, construction, landscaping and groundskeeping, forestry, seafood processing, and fishing, manufacturing, retail and amusement parks, (trucking, interstate transport, maximum 9 months )

Requirements
- Sponsors: American companies and/or Canadian companies who have US divisions or joint venture agreements with US trucking companies
- Admissible: Canadian truck drivers and owner operators
- Advantages: Additional revenues, additional services for your clients, attracting new clients and retaining your truck drivers because of the new conditions
- Attracting: Canadian truck drivers and owner operators because of additional revenue in US funds and less waiting time
